At DGianna Studio, every piece is crafted with care and intention. Please take note of our refund and exchange policies:

1. Commissioned Artwork
   Commissioned pieces are non-refundable and fall under a strict no-refund policy. I work closely with clients throughout the process to ensure the final piece is tailored to your vision and needs prior to completion.
2. Smaller Artworks, Vases, and Other Items
   For artworks and other non-commissioned pieces under $600, exchanges are available. Refunds are not offered for these items. Refunds are not offered for any furniture pieces.

SHIPPING POLICY

Within Melbourne

Shipping is available within Melbourne, with costs depending on the weight and size of the item.

Pick-up is available in Richmond at our showroom. The showroom is open by appointment—please visit the CONTACT page on our website to book an appointment.

Throughout Australia

Shipping is available across Australia for most items, with costs varying based on weight, size, and location.

International Shipping

For vases, smaller items, and select pieces, international shipping is available.

For larger artworks, please contact me directly for a shipping quote. This will include the cost of proper fragility packaging to ensure your piece arrives safely.
